Step 1 - Start Enrollment
Step 2 - Enter your personal information
- Provide your legal first name, last name, and phone number if requested.
- Verify your identity using your driver’s license or government-issued photo ID.
- Confirm your identity by capturing a photo of your ID and tapping or clicking Confirm
- Follow the steps on the next few screens:
- Review your submitted information and tap or click Continue.
- Select Individual as your entity type.
- Review the terms of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and tap or click Agree.
Step 3 - Complete Purchase
- Review your annual membership subscription details and tap or click the Subscribe button.

Google
Step 1 - Start Enrollment:
- Visit Google Play Console to create your Google Developer Account. Click on "Go to Play Console" on the top right.
- Sign in using an existing Google account or click "Create an account". Turning on 2-step verification is mandatory.
- Choose who you are creating the account for. You can choose whether the account is for personal use. Click “Get Started” underneath your choice.
- Fill up the form with your information (About you / Developer account / Apps sections)
- Click on the boxes to agree with Google Play’s Terms and Conditions. Click on “Create account and Pay".
- Enter your payment information and complete your registration.
